Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can you do this for free?
    • No. We have to put in time and effort to provide you with a product that we are confident you or your business will benefit from when properly maintained. Besides...it's our job :)
  • Can I pay you after the work is done?
    • At the moment, we do not offer in credit services so all payments must be received at their proper time as outlined in the contract.
  • Can you add/modify [xyz] or [abc] on the website?
    • Sure, but only if the change is content. Changes not included in the original design have the potential to break portions of your website which means the new changes must be coded and tested. As a result, a separate estimate will be provided for changes not included in the original design once the contract has been finalized and agreed on.
  • Can you make my site look and function identical to [xyz]?
    • To avoid legal issues, no, but that's ok! You'll benefit from having a design that works for you.
  • How soon can you have this ready?
    • While we aim to have each site completed within 3 to 4 weeks from the date we start, this isn't always the case. The time frame depends on the complexity of the request. Single page websites usually have the fastest turn around time while multiple page websites take a little more time. One way you can greatly speed up the process is by having your content ready. This allows us to paint a visual image when determining the design.
  • Can you build the site without content?
    • Technically, yes. We'll use a little "Lorem Ipsum", but having your content allows us to make sure your design and content will flow well together, fixing any little minor tweaks along the way as well as give you a faster turn around time. Once the site is finished with the development side, if content is not supplied within a certain time frame (outlined in the contract), the project will be considered abandoned and possibly used for another client's project.
  • What happens if we can't agree on a design?
    • After two designs are turned down, we have to accept that maybe we're aren't your flavor, and that's OK! There are plenty of great designers/developers with many creative ideas that will match your vision. Unfortunately, the deposit is still non-refundable due to the time invested on your project. The project then becomes considered abandoned and possibly used for another client's project.

Getting Started

  • Deposit:

    Before any work begins, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. This deposit will be applied to your overall fee.

  • Host:

    Once your website is complete, you will need a subscription to a web host (such as GoDaddy) in order to get your website to appear on the internet.

  • Content:

    If you already have your exact content ready, feel free to send it to us! We’ll be sure to add it in (up to 5 pages).  If you don’t, that’s ok. You can send it to us anytime before we complete the job and we’ll get it added.

    Unfortunately, we do not create content or take pictures for our clients at the moment.

  • Contract:
